We provide accounting, tax, payroll and business services for individuals and businesses. We welcome everyone, but many of our clients are the small business owners who we feel are the backbone of our economy. Accounting & Tax Solutions of Florida was started by Chadwick & Cristin Corey. Chadwick & Cristin were longtime childhood friends who started dating while Chadwick was attending college for accounting. The two were married in 2005 with plans and a dream of one day running their own accounting & tax practice. After over a decade of working for other practices, along with the birth of their 3^rd child, Chadwick decided it was time to go out on his own. With over a decade of customer service and office administration experience, Cristin was at his side to help. With their combined strengths and expertise, they realized their dream and Accounting & Tax Solutions of Florida was born.

Chadwick is a Bradenton native who attended the University of South Florida for his bachelor’s in accounting. He is an enrolled agent (EA) with the IRS, which is the highest credential the IRS awards, and that gives him unlimited practice rights. This means he can represent any taxpayer in front of the IRS regarding all tax matters. This is true for any state and not limited to Florida taxpayers. He takes continuing education classes that keep him on top of the changes in the tax code, professional conduct, and ethics to best serve his clients. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Manatee County Chamber of Commerce. Above all, he is a provider and devoted father and when he is not working, he is spending quality time with his wife Cristin and their three children Anthony, Ashlyn, and Adam.

Cristin was born in New York but grew up in Bradenton. She attended State College of Florida for her associates in business. She is a notary public for the State of Florida, registered as a tax preparer with the IRS, and currently studying to obtain her enrolled agent status. When not managing the office, she is managing the household and the active schedules of their three children.
